So often when new people start thinking about throwing knives, one of the first questions is... "What do I need for a target"? The answer is simple...a piece of wood! Almost any yard has a place to enjoy the fasinating adventure of knife throwing.   Lets start with a picture sent in by Dirt Poor Ed From New Jersey.   Ed is a great guy and a strong competitor. If you plan to be a sporting knife thrower it is only a matter of time before you have to face him! He also has a lot of targets so more of him to come! Herb T from Maine got a hold of me and told me it was the target owned by Galen M also of Maine. This set of log ends has had many things thrown at it, like knives, axes, spears and nammes! _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ It would not make sense to have a page about knife throwing targerts with out the traditional throwers board.
